Arnasea sets no non-essential cookies. You won’t see a consent banner on this site, and it’s not an oversight — it’s a choice.
1. Why no banner?
European regulation (ePrivacy Directive, GDPR, French CNIL guidelines) requires consent only for non-strictly-necessary cookies: advertising cookies, non-exempt audience measurement, social sharing trackers, and the like.
We use none of those. Therefore no prior consent is required, and we’d rather not impose a pointless banner.
2. What we don’t use
- No Google Analytics, Plausible, Fathom or equivalent.
- No Meta, TikTok, or LinkedIn pixels.
- No advertising session cookies.
- No third-party cookies.
- No fingerprinting.
3. What is transmitted technically
As with any website, some technical information is exchanged during a connection: IP address, browser type, requested page. This data is processed by our host Vercel for security and service operation, and is not used by Arnasea for tracking. See our privacy policy for details.
4. If this ever changes
If we one day add a tool that requires consent (for example an analytics tool that falls outside CNIL exemptions), we will implement a compliant banner and update this page.
